In this lesson, students explore online habits, internet risks, and practical ways to protect themselves.
By the end of the lesson, they will be able to:
- talk about online safety,
- understand a text about cyberbullying, scams, and privacy,
- give advice in common digital situations using useful everyday language.
Lead-in:
Start by asking students what they do online every day and how much time they spend there. Then have them discuss pictures showing online shopping, posting photos, chatting, and scam emails. This gets them talking about familiar online behaviour and introduces the idea that everyday digital actions can sometimes be risky.
