Lesson overview:
At A2, many students know happy and sad and little else, so every feeling turns into one of the two. This feelings and emotions vocabulary worksheet teaches the 12 words beginners need first: happy, sad, angry, scared, excited, tired, worried, surprised, bored, nervous, proud and confused.
By the end of the worksheet, students will be able to:
- name 12 common emotions, from happy to confused
- recognise an emotion from a description of a face or body language
- choose the right emotion for an everyday situation
- say how they feel in different situations with I feel... when
Add it to a class plan and keep track of what you've taught.
