Ask an A1 class what the weather is like in October and you will get "cold". That is usually the whole answer. This worksheet gives them the rest: 12 autumn vocabulary words covering weather, clothes, nature and food (autumn, leaves, tree, wind, rain, umbrella, jacket, scarf, boots, pumpkin, apple, cold) and the verbs that go with them, so a student can say put on your jacket or the leaves are falling instead of pointing at the window. Ten exercises, four pages, answer key included. Known as fall vocabulary if you teach American English.
