Lesson overview:
Students learn the six adverbs quickly and then put them in the wrong place for years, because the rule has two halves that contradict each other: before the main verb, but after *be*. This adverbs of frequency worksheet drills the scale and the position together. Students order **always, usually, often, sometimes, hardly ever** and **never** from 100% to 0%, choose between correctly and incorrectly built sentences, insert an adverb into a finished sentence, and reorder jumbled words.
Add it to a class plan and keep track of what you've taught.
