Lesson overview:
This subject and object pronouns worksheet starts with a rule card: the subject goes before the verb, and the object goes after it. Students choose the right pronoun, replace names with pronouns, and complete short sentences like Don't drink it. They decide if a pronoun is a subject or an object, rewrite sentences with pronouns in both places, and complete a conversation between two colleagues. Then they correct five real mistakes. The sheet ends with opinion questions like What do you think of long meetings? Students answer with the verb in brackets and a pronoun instead of the noun: I can't stand them.
